We're a family-owned company based in Plano — and we're growing. This is a full-time field technician role servicing residential lawn care, pest control, and mosquito treatment routes across Garland, Mesquite, Forney, Plano, Richardson, and East Dallas. This is year-round outdoor work in North Texas — hot summers, cold winter mornings, and physically active days. We're direct about that upfront because the right candidate will see it as a feature, not a drawback. We welcome both entry-level applicants (we'll train the right person) and experienced technicians from lawn care, pest control, landscaping, or similar outdoor field roles.

Helpful experience includes:

Lawn care Pest control Mosquito control Landscaping Outdoor service routes Other physically active field roles What You'll Do Service residential properties on a daily route Apply lawn care, mosquito, and pest control treatments Inspect properties and recommend solutions Communicate professionally with homeowners Maintain accurate service records Keep your truck and equipment clean and organized Follow safety procedures for equipment and materials Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR required) Age 25+ (insurance requirement) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish is a plus) Live within driving distance of Plano, Richardson, Garland, Frisco, or McKinney Important Application Requirement
