Duties Safely operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and land management equipment to apply pesticides and treatments accurately. Conduct pest control treatments on agricultural fields, lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas following all safety protocols and regulations. Inspect sites to identify pest issues or areas needing treatment; develop tailored plans for pest management solutions. Maintain detailed records of pesticide applications, equipment maintenance, and safety checks in compliance with regulatory standards. Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety procedures. Assist with general landscaping or farming tasks as needed to support overall site health and productivity. Communicate effectively with clients or team members regarding treatment plans and safety measures. Skills Proven experience in sales or customer service within agriculture, lawn care, or pest control industries is a plus. Strong knowledge of pest control techniques, pesticide safety protocols, and land management practices. Familiarity with farming practices, landscaping techniques, or agricultural operations enhances effectiveness on the job. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other land management equipment confidently. Valid driver's license with clean driving record for safe vehicle operation across multiple sites. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and explaining treatment procedures clearly.
