Occasional Fridays as workload requires. Saturdays are optional. Schedule adjusts around rain and weather. Why London Lawns? We're a tight-knit crew that takes pride in the work we put out. You won't just be a body on a trailer — you'll be part of a team of people who show up for each other, hold a high standard, and have a good time doing it. We're growing, and the people who help us grow will be recognized. Your Day-to-Day 6:15 AM

Load equipment and get the truck ready for the day. We move with purpose, but we move together. Morning fuel stop. First stop of the day — grab a drink, top off the tanks, get settled in. On the job. Assist the crew in servicing a scheduled list of residential and commercial properties. The standard is efficiency, quality, and a good attitude — all three, every stop. Lunch break. We stop mid-day at a gas station. You stay on the clock — lunch is paid. Finish strong. Complete the day's route and return to the shop. Help unload and secure equipment before you head out. You'll Thrive Here If You… Genuinely enjoy working outside with your hands — not just tolerate it Can hold a strong work ethic through a long day and bring energy to the people around you Are willing to push through the Texas summer heat — we're not going to pretend it's mild Want to actually learn the trade, not just punch the clock and collect a check Pay Starting pay during your training period is $15/hour. Once training is complete, your base rate moves to $16/hour. From there, pay is reviewed and adjusted based on your experience, performance, and the results you produce on the job — show up consistently, work hard, and grow with the team, and your rate will reflect it. Perks & Benefits 3-day weekends — Friday is off unless things get backed up Paid lunch — you're on the clock while you eat, every day Paid drive time — time in the truck between stops counts toward your hours Flexible time off — life happens, we work with you OT paid at 1.5x — time and a half for every hour over 40 Paid Weekly — Direct Deposit available Our Hiring Process We keep it simple and straightforward. Here's what to expect from application to first day: Step 1
  • Apply. Submit your initial application here on Indeed. Qualified candidates will be sent a link to our short online application form — it takes about 5-10 minutes to complete and can be done entirely from your phone. The form includes basic info, a few qualification questions, and some short answers so we can get a feel for who you are before we reach out. Step 2
  • Video Introduction. Qualified applicants will be asked to submit a brief 60-90 second self-recorded video. Nothing fancy — just introduce yourself, tell us why you want the job, and give us a reason to call you. Instructions are included in the application. Step 3
  • Interview with the General Manager. Candidates who move forward will be scheduled for a direct conversation with our GM. This is a two-way conversation — we want to make sure this is the right fit for you just as much as it is for us. Step 4
  • Working Interview.
Before any final decision is made, you'll spend a day in the field with the crew. You'll see exactly what the job looks like, meet the team, and we'll see how you move. If it's a good fit on both sides, we'll make it official.
