Southern Lawn Care is located in Northwest Austin and has a position available doing lawn care and landscape maintenance services. We train employees to get their own route each day, load equipment and complete jobs with a partner and by themselves some days. After the initial training, we continue training every employee and give them opportunity to increase their responsibility, position and wages. The starting wage is $22 per hour with the opportunity of $3.50 in hourly wage increases within the first 6 months, pto hours start accruing at 6 months on the job, and a minimum wage increase of $.50 every six months.
Daily job description:
Receiving a route Loading & unloading equipment Driving to job sites Completing lawn and landscape services Completing paperwork Every position requires : Age is 18+ Speak English Valid drivers license Good driving report & background check Experience driving with a trailer (preferred, not required) Available to work 40 hours minimum per week Availability Monday
  • Saturday 7am
  • 5pm Self motivated, quick learner Good work ethic, like a routine, following procedures, trustworthy and respectful attitude Customer service skills, comfortable with responsibility & using power equipment Can work outside in hot or cold weather Work well alone or as a team This is a year round full time job! It does slow down a little December
  • February.
