Mobile Detailing Technician (Round Rock)

Pay:

$17 / hour (training) | Higher wages when solo (35-40% commission) | (Paid Daily/weekly)

You Do Not Need Your Own Equipment About Us:

We are Round Rock Mobile Detailing. We are looking for a reliable , hard-working technician to join our team. We need someone who is capable of working independently and eventually handling solo jobs once fully trained.

What You'll Do:

• Perform standard interior and exterior detailing (wash, vacuum, windows, carpets, etc.) solo.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and maintaining professional equipment.
• Potential for advancement: You will start on standard details, but as you master our systems, you will be trained to perform high-end paint corrections and ceramic coatings.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to get to jobs.
• Strong work ethic and extreme reliability. We need someone who can eventually be trusted to work independently.
• Physical stamina to work outside in the Texas heat.
• Making a video on explaining how you are able to work in the Texas heat, why you are reliable and consistent to be working for 95 to 100% of the time, why you are a hard worker, and on how you would go the extra mile. (Send this video to contact@roundrockdetailing.com) What we do for you:
• Pay for your equipment and chemicals.
• Equipment includes ALL products.

Pressure washer, vacuum, brushes, towels, etc.

Training:

We provide a thorough 1-2 week paid training/shadowing period. You will work alongside the owner until you are ready to handle jobs on your own.

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour
