Overview We are seeking energetic and motivated Lawn Care Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining healthy lawns and pastures through targeted treatments, spraying, and equipment operation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a variety of tools and machinery, and contribute to the health and beauty of our clients' landscapes. Duties Apply liquid fertilization, weed control, pest management, and disease treatments to lawns using specialized spray equipment Operate hand tools, power tools, and land management equipment safely and efficiently Conduct site assessments to determine treatment needs based on soil conditions, weather patterns, and plant health Maintain detailed records of treatments applied, equipment maintenance, and safety procedures Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all safety regulations Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and team members Requirements Previous experience in lawn care is required Knowledge of pest control methods Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment effectively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with driving company vehicles required Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Join us at GRO-PRO Horticulture Services, where your hands-on skills will make a real difference!
