Lawn Care Specialist

As a Lawn Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our customers' lawns. Responsibilities Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their questions and concerns. Perform lawn treatments using proper techniques and professionalism. Explain and promote the NaturaLawn® of America program to prospective customers. Conduct service calls following the "Service Call Guidelines." Maintain regular communication with customers to prevent lawn issues. Operate and maintain the service vehicle in a clean and safe manner. Work collaboratively with other staff members to resolve customer concerns. Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day. Project a professional image to the public. Complete branch production tasks as required. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license with minimal infractions in the last 3 years. Experience in agronomy, horticulture, or related green industry services is a plus. Willingness to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with customers. Ability to maintain a daily and weekly work schedule. Flexibility with work hours and schedule. Enjoyment of physical work and the outdoors. Salary based on licenses, certifications, and experience.

Offered compensation:
