Responsibilities Perform lawn care services such as fertilization, weed control, aeration, and overseeding. Operate and maintain turf care equipment safely and effectively. Inspect and diagnose lawn issues, recommending appropriate treatments. Communicate with clients and supervisors to ensure satisfaction and high-quality results. Qualifications Attention to detail and a passion for lawn and turf care. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong communication and organizational skills.
