Lawn Care Applicator

Essential Functions:

Transform ordinary yards into healthy, vibrant, envy-of-the-neighborhood lawns. Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and other turf treatments with precision and care. Diagnose lawn issues (weeds, pests, diseases — you know the drill) and recommend solutions. Operate all the cool lawn care equipment — safely and efficiently. Educate customers on proper lawn care and build long-term relationships. Keep detailed service records (because the little things matter too). Wage Range:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience + pesticide applicator license status. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.

Must Haves:

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and great customer service skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions. Valid driver's license and good driving record.
