Job Description:

Essential Functions:

Transform ordinary yards into healthy, vibrant, envy-of-the-neighborhood lawns. Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and other turf treatments with precision and care. Diagnose lawn issues (weeds, pests, diseases

you know the drill) and recommend solutions. Operate all the cool lawn care equipment
safely and efficiently. Educate customers on proper lawn care and build long-term relationships. Keep detailed service records (because the little things matter too). Work outside in the fresh air
8 to 10 hours a day
because you love what you do.

Wage Range:

$18.00

$20.

00 per hour. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience + pesticide applicator license status. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.

Must Haves:
