Job Description
In Harmony is currently hiring lawn and tree care specialists. We are looking for safe, reliable drivers who enjoy working outdoors. The lawn and tree care specialist position starting salary is between $23.00-$25.00 per hour dependent on experience. In Harmony offers health and dental insurance, 401K plan, paid vacation and holidays. In Harmony Sustainable Landscapes offers a natural lawn and plant health care program to clients in the greater Seattle and east-side area. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of NW plants and lawns or have the interest in learning. Excellent customer service skills are a must! Our services are concentrated on educating clients and providing quality landscapes with our beneficial applications. In Harmony fosters a positive, fun, learning work environment to encourage and promote growth within the horticultural field. Responsibilities and Duties Facilitate the care and development of trees, ornamental plants through spraying compost tea, sea kelp and other beneficial products. Also, treating insect and disease with environmentally safe products as needed. Care for lawns through fertilization, weed control, moss control, aeration and overseeding. Interact with clients in a professional manner and maintain excellent customer relations. Work Monday through Friday, 7:00 start time Position Requirements Good driving record and Washington State Driver's License; a 3 year driver's abstract and background check is required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of NW plants and lawn care desired but not required! Must be able to obtain Washington State Pesticide Operators License within first month of hire.
