  • 50k annually) The Role We're looking for dependable, hardworking team members who take pride in a good day's work (and maybe a good tan line).
As a Lawn Care Technician, you'll help maintain residential and commercial properties using professional-grade equipment to mow, trim, edge, and keep lawns looking sharp enough to make the neighbors jealous.
Key Responsibilities:
Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing (you'll become a master of all four) Daily equipment maintenance and fueling Safe, proper use of all tools and machines Using our app to track jobs and communicate with the office Shrub trimming, weeding, mulch + rock installs Working well with others or flying solo
What We're Looking For:
A team player who shows up on time and actually likes to work outdoors Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work full-time in all weather (yes, even that weird Ohio rain that lasts 5 minutes) Able to pass a background check Experience with basic lawn care, we can train you on the rest
Compensation & Schedule Pay:
$150
  • 300/day depending on performance
Schedule:
Monday-Friday (occasional voluntary overtime on weekends)
Year-Round Employment:
Includes winter work opportunities
Typical Hours:
