Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Lawn Care Maintenance Technician to join our team for the upcoming season. This is a great opportunity to work outdoors and gain valuable experience in lawn care while providing top-notch service to our clients. The position begins in mid-March and runs through the end of November, with the potential for winter work and opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and other landscape maintenance duties. Apply fertilizers and other treatments to lawns as directed. Operate various lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and sprayers. Ensure safety protocols are followed when handling equipment and chemicals. Assist in the maintenance and care of company equipment. Communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction. Maintain clean, organized workspaces and job sites. Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Pesticide Applicator License is a plus and may be required for certain tasks.
