What You'll Do Operate lawn care equipment, including weed trimmers and (eventually) zero-turn mowers Perform routine yard maintenance such as trimming, edging, and clean-up Interact professionally with customers and represent our company with a positive attitude Stay focused and detail-oriented while working outdoors in a fast-paced environment Assist with additional projects such as basic welding, equipment maintenance What We're Looking For (Required Skills): Positive attitude towards work and willingness to learn Common sense and ability to solve problems independently Strong critical thinking and attention to detail Good time management and focus Excellent people skills and professionalism with customers Reasonably physically fit
