Job Description

Are you an experienced lawn care professional ready to take your skills to the next level? Parm's Landscape Management is seeking a Lawn Technician II•Specialist to join our high-performing team. This is an advanced role for individuals who are already certified and bring both technical expertise and strong customer service to the field. Not already certified?•That's okay, we have entry level positions available as well!
Pay Range:
With 3.0
Certification :
$23•26/hour With 3.0, 5.0 & 7.1
Certifications :
$26•29/hour (Don't have all the certifications? We'll cover the cost for you to obtain them, and you will also receive a $2,000 bonus once you have your 5.0 & 7.1•in addition to your increased wage)

Wisconsin Pesticide Applicator Category 3.0
Enhanced Pay Certification Requirement :
Categories 3.0, 5.0, and 7.1
Services You'll Perform:
Lawn applications Mosquito treatments (if 5.0 certified) Perimeter pest control (if 7.1 certified)
Who We're Looking For:
Deep knowledge of lawn care products and mix rates Able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and customer service skills Demonstrated ability to train entry-level technicians Frequently receives positive feedback from clients Capable of performing specialized treatments when needed
Knowledge & Diagnostic Skills:
You should be able to identify and communicate most of the common lawn care concerns including: Clumping tall fescue, creeping bentgrass, quack grass, poa trivialis, crabgrass, wild violet, creeping charlie, chinch bugs, sod webworm, grubs, red thread, ascochyta leaf blight, dollar spot, snow mold, necrotic ring spot, vole damage, and dog spots. You will also be expected to communicate findings to the office to ensure we are communicating with clients and for proper documentation in client records.
