We specialize in fertilization, weed control, tree & shrub care, and pest prevention—delivering expert results with exceptional customer service. As we continue to grow, we're looking for dedicated, hardworking technicians to join our team and help us keep Wisconsin green and pest-free. Position Overview As a Lawn Care Technician, you'll be responsible for performing lawn and/or pest control services for residential and commercial clients. You'll operate company-provided equipment and vehicles, apply fertilizers and treatments, diagnose turf and plant issues, and educate customers about maintaining healthy landscapes. You'll be the face of Keyman Lawn, Tree & Pest—ensuring our customers are satisfied, their properties look their best, and our brand continues to be trusted across the Madison area. Responsibilities Safely operate company trucks, spray rigs, spreaders, and other lawn care equipment Apply fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and other products according to label directions and safety standards Provide preventative and corrective pest control treatments Communicate professionally with customers to explain services, answer questions, and offer additional care recommendations Maintain accurate service records and route logs Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper working order Follow all company, state, and federal safety guidelines and application regulations
Qualifications Required:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in our weather conditions Strong attention to detail and safety Good communication and customer service skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work for extended periods
Preferred:
Previous lawn care and/or pest control experience Wisconsin Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain within 60 days; company will provide training) Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance What We Offer Competitive hourly wage + performance incentives 75% employer sponsored health insurance 100% employer sponsored dental & vision insurance

Pay:
$18.00 - $35.00 per hour
