Job Description
Grass Kickers / Snow Throwers Lawn Care & Snow Removal Technician We want to grow our rental management team and we are looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our crew! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, solving problems, and getting the job done right. You'll be responsible for mowing, lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, and equipment operation throughout the year. We're looking for someone who can confidently operate a company truck and is comfortable working with lawn-care and snow-removal equipment. Experience operating zero-turn mowers or other lawn-care equipment is a big plus. We're also looking for someone with experience plowing snow during the winter months . Experience in any of the following is a plus: Landscaping and lawn care Snow plowing Zero-turn mower operation Skid steer operation Mini excavator operation Chainsaw use Mowing and outdoor equipment Hauling trailers Basic mechanical knowledge General maintenance or handyman work Vehicle maintenance or repair A Year-Round Opportunity This position can potentially be full-time or part-time , depending on the candidate. Because lawn care slows down during the winter months, someone with experience in handyman work, general maintenance, equipment repair, or vehicle work would be especially valuable. This allows us to keep you busy with other projects when outdoor work slows down. What We're Looking For The right candidate should be: Dependable and responsible Comfortable working independently and as part of a team A good communicator Able to meet deadlines A strong problem solver Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions Able to maintain electronic worksheets and documents Willing to learn new skills and operate different equipment Able to safely operate company vehicles and equipment Requirements Valid driver's license Good driving record required to operate company trucks Reliable personal vehicle Smartphone Ability to meet deadlines and follow through on assigned work Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently when needed Must be able to work 35+ hours per week for benefits eligibility Pay & Benefits Starting at $20
