Position Overview We are currently hiring a Lawn Care Technician to join our mowing and maintenance team. This role involves working under a Crew Leader to maintain weekly mowing routes and deliver high-quality, detail-oriented service across our properties. This is a hands-on, physically active role with real opportunity for advancement within the company. Key Responsibilities Perform weekly lawn mowing services on commercial and residential properties Operate stand-on commercial zero-turn mowers safely and efficiently Perform professional-grade string trimming and edging Maintain clean, consistent, and high-quality property appearance Assist with equipment maintenance , including: Cleaning mower decks Sharpening and balancing blades Inspecting equipment for safety and performance Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to Crew Leader or Manager Follow company systems, processes, and quality standards What We're Looking For We are specifically looking for individuals who are: Growth-minded and want to build a long-term career Reliable and consistent — showing up matters here Able to take ownership and responsibility Detail-oriented with pride in their work Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions Experience Preferred (but not required): Multiple years of commercial mowing experience Experience operating stand-on mowers and professional trimming We are willing to train the right individual who is motivated and wants to grow. 7:00 AM•5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Friday:
