Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lawn and Landscape Treatment Specialist, where your expertise will transform outdoor spaces into vibrant, healthy environments! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for applying lawn and landscape treatments, managing pest control solutions, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our valued customers. Your mechanical knowledge, outdoor work experience, and passion for landscaping will drive success as you deliver top-quality service using industry-leading techniques and safety protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors daily, utilize a variety of tools and equipment, and contribute to beautiful, thriving landscapes. Duties Career opportunity to grow into leadership role Apply fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and other landscape chemicals following strict pesticide management and safety procedures Operate company vehicles, power tools, farm machinery, ladders, hand tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently Conduct pest control treatments targeting insects, weeds, or other landscape pests using integrated pest management strategies Adhere to all safety protocols including respiratory protection, confined space entry safety procedures, ladder safety procedures, and chemical handling guidelines Perform routine inspections of landscapes to identify pest issues or health concerns and recommend appropriate treatments Maintain detailed records of chemical applications, treatment schedules, and safety compliance in accordance with industry standards Provide excellent customer service by explaining treatment plans clearly and addressing client questions professionally Qualifications Category 3.0 Turf and Landscape WI pesticide license and ability to maintain certification Proven outdoor work experience in lawn care, landscaping, farming or agriculture environments Mechanical knowledge of machinery, power tools, hand tools, and application equipment is essential Familiarity with pesticide application knowledge including chemical agent handling and pest control chemical handling Strong understanding of integrated pest management techniques and pesticide management practices Knowledge of safety protocols including chemical handling safety measures Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles; ability to operate machinery / application equipment or similar equipment preferred Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude towards client needs and landscape health Join us to make a tangible impact on outdoor environments while advancing your skills in pest control, landscape treatment applications, and safety practices. Pay:
$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
