Job Description
Lawn & Tree Spray Technician / Plant Health Care Technician-Worland, Wyoming $19.00-$22.00 per hour + End-of-Season Bonus Green Turf Lawnscapes is seeking a dependable, motivated Plant Health Care Technician to join our Worland team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and prefers a job that offers independence, responsibility, and room for advancement. As a Plant Health Care Technician, you will help improve and protect the health of lawns, trees, and shrubs throughout the Worland area through professional fertilization, weed control, insect management, and plant health care services. What We Offer Starting pay of $19.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience $1.00 per hour raise upon obtaining your Wyoming Commercial Pesticide Applicator License End-of-season bonus Opportunity for advancement and increased responsibility Independent work environment Established Wyoming company with a strong reputation for quality and customer service Responsibilities Apply lawn, tree, and shrub treatments safely and accurately Operate spray equipment and company vehicles Identify common lawn, tree, and shrub issues Maintain treatment records and service notes Communicate professionally with customers Follow all state and federal pesticide regulations and safety procedures Represent the company professionally in the field Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Fluent English speaking and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Willingness to obtain a Wyoming Commercial Pesticide Applicator License Preferred Experience Lawn care Tree care Plant health care Pest control Commercial pesticide application No pesticide license?
