Requirements:

Active RN license in good standing Ability to pass a drug screen and background check (no felonies) Current photo ID and Social Security card

Preferred:

Long-term care experience Supervisory experience (any field) Strong leadership skills in healthcare settings

Responsibilities:

Oversee team members to ensure high-quality resident care Maintain smooth operations with professionalism and respect Accurate charting and compliance with care plans Willingness to work hands-on (floor duties as needed) Attend meetings with DON, Administrator, or Nurse Consultant Collaborate with doctors, clinics, and department managers Complete weekend treatments Why Apply?
