Nursery Manager Balance LA Cudahy, CA Job Details Contract $24.96
- $30.
Responsibilities:
- Full oversight of mother plant room: health, nutrition, pruning, topping, and rotation
- Execute all cloning operations: cutting selection, rooting hormone application, clone tray management
- Monitor rooting success rates and troubleshoot failures
- Maintain genetic inventory and strain records
- Manage nursery environment: temp, humidity, lighting for optimal rooting and veg development
- Sanitize and maintain all propagation equipment: trays, domes, turbo cloners
- Coordinate with Veg Manager on clone output schedules and plant counts
- Enforce all state compliance and facility
SOPs Requirements:
- 2+ years experience specifically in cannabis propagation/nursery operations
- Proven track record maintaining healthy mother plants long-term
- Strong attention to plant health and early problem detection
- CA cannabis worker badge (or ability to obtain) To apply:
