Veg Manager Balance LA Cudahy, CA Job Details Contract $31.00

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all clone, mom, and veg rooms day-to-day
- Maintain environmental controls: temp, humidity, CO2, VPD, lighting schedules
- Manage nutrient feeding schedules; monitor and adjust pH/EC
- Take cuttings from mother plants and maintain rooting success rates
- Execute and enforce IPM protocols; identify pests, disease, and deficiencies early
- Maintain SOPs for all veg-stage processes
- Train and direct cultivation assistants in the veg department
- Track plant health, room data, and crop schedules
- Coordinate with flower team on transplant timing and plant counts
Requirements:
- 3+ years hands-on cannabis cultivation experience
- Deep knowledge of clone propagation, mother plant management, and vegetative growth
- Experience managing teams in a licensed facility
- CA cannabis worker badge (or ability to obtain)
