Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, HSA, FSA, Dependent Care, Voluntary Life, EAP, 401(k) Match Position Objective The Supervisor of Cultivation plays a critical role in the successful execution of flowering cultivation operations, supporting plant health, crop quality, regulatory compliance, and production objectives. Working in partnership with the Cultivation Manager, this position coordinates daily cultivation activities, oversees key flowering processes, supports environmental and irrigation systems, and helps ensure cultivation operations are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The Supervisor of Cultivation also serves as a resource for cultivation team members by supporting training, workflow coordination, and the consistent execution of cultivation best practices. Essential Functions Cultivation Operations & Production (40%) Coordinate and oversee daily cultivation activities in partnership with the Cultivation Manager, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and according to established procedures. Participate in daily shift kickoff meetings to communicate priorities, expectations, and operational updates. Monitor cultivation workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and plant performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with the Vegetative team to ensure seamless plant transitions and production continuity. Oversee and support all flowering cultivation activities, including: Plant transfers and room loading Day 14 and Day 28 plant maintenance activities Herm inspections and quality assessments Defoliation and pre-harvest preparation Harvest execution and coordination Post-harvest room sanitation and turnover General crop maintenance and plant health monitoring Compliance & METRC Management (15%) Maintain a thorough understanding of state regulatory requirements, METRC processes, and company compliance standards. Ensure all cultivation activities are performed in compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures. Execute and oversee METRC activities, including: Moving plants from Immature to Vegetative phases Assignment and printing of plant tags Plant phase changes and room transfers Plant destruction and waste reporting Manicure and harvest-related compliance processes Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of cultivation records, inventory data, and compliance documentation. Irrigation & Fertigation Systems (10%) Support the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of facility fertigation and irrigation systems. Monitor irrigation performance and nutrient delivery to support plant health and production objectives. Ensure irrigation and fertigation equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and sanitized in accordance with company procedures. Maintain working knowledge of Dosatron systems, automated irrigation systems, and related cultivation equipment. Environmental Systems Management (10%) Monitor and support environmental conditions within flowering rooms to promote plant health, consistency, and production goals. Maintain working knowledge of environmental and building management systems, including HVACD, lighting, CO2, air circulation, filtration, and drainage systems. Complete and maintain environmental logs, maintenance records, and operational documentation. Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and preparation of cultivation room equipment during and between production cycles. Identify and address environmental or equipment issues that may impact plant health, production, quality, or compliance. Team Coordination & Training (10%) Support onboarding and training of cultivation team members on cultivation practices, compliance requirements, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures. Serve as a resource for cultivation processes, facility procedures, cultivation systems, and operational best practices. Develop daily work plans and project schedules to ensure cultivation objectives and operational priorities are completed effectively. Building Maintenance & Facility Support (5%) Support routine facility maintenance activities and identify building, equipment, or infrastructure issues requiring attention. Serve as a key holder, perform facility opening and closing procedures, and maintain authorized facility access credentials, including keys, codes, and security access. Promote and support safe, compliant operations by adhering to company policies, cultivation protocols, and regulatory requirements. Participate in facility-wide safety programs, verify operational documentation, and support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned. Additional duties may be required as needed to support overall operations . Education and Experience Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer-based systems, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to organize work and provide guidance. Working knowledge of flowering cultivation practices, plant health management, irrigation systems, environmental controls, and harvest operations. Experience with METRC and cannabis regulatory compliance preferred. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing operational needs. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Working Conditions (Schedule, Environment, Travel) Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds multiple times a day. Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods. Ability to work in hot and humid conditions.
