Your Role:

Manage approximately 30 client accounts, overseeing garden maintenance tasks, seasonal container planting, and holiday décor Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing creative solutions Lead garden crews and subcontractors to ensure high-quality work and client satisfaction Generate new ideas to enhance client spaces and take the initiative to bring them to life Use CRM software for scheduling, accounting, and proposal writing, ensuring smooth client communication and project tracking

What Were Looking For:

5+ years of experience in horticulture, garden care, and account management Passion for plants and garden design, with an eye for color and detail Strong leadership and communication skills Valid drivers license and a clean driving record Ability to lift 40 lbs. and perform outdoor tasks

Location:

While our headquarters are in Billerica, you'll travel to client locations in Belmont, Boston, Cambridge, Dedham, Dover, Lexington, Newton, Wellesley, Weston, Winchester, and more.

Employment Type:

This is a full-time, seasonal position (March-December). Some Saturdays may be required during peak seasons. Experience and License Requirements Horticulture or a related field MA drivers license (optional) Management/Supervisor
