In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic and health of interior plants across various client spaces. Your expertise will ensure that plants thrive, look vibrant, and contribute positively to indoor spaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply horticultural skills in a client-facing environment, promoting well-being and beauty through expertly cared-for greenery. Responsibilities Regularly inspect interior plants for signs of pests, disease, or nutritional deficiencies, and implement appropriate plant pest control measures. Water, fertilize, prune, and trim plants using hand tools and power tools to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal. Identify plant species accurately, ensuring proper care tailored to each type's needs. Communicate proactively with clients regarding plant care routines, maintenance schedules, and any issues requiring attention. Qualifications Proven experience with interior plant or tropical plant care, greenhouse or nursery experience, or other landscape maintenance is highly desirable. Familiarity with gardening techniques, including the use of hand tools. Strong knowledge of horticulture principles, plant identification, and growing practices for indoor environments. Experience managing pesticide applications responsibly in accordance with safety regulations. Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members effectively. Candidates should possess a passion for gardening and plant care with a keen eye for detail. Prior experience in landscaping, farming or agriculture can be an asset but is not mandatory if you have a strong foundation in plant care techniques. This role is ideal for individuals eager to grow their horticultural expertise while delivering exceptional service in a lively indoor environment.
