Position Responsibilities:

Oversee daily greenhouse operations and staff direction Lead, motivate, and support seasonal team members Assist with ordering and managing plant inventory and stock Maintain organization, merchandising, and presentation of greenhouse areas Help customers with plant selection and gardening questions Operate equipment including skid steer and pallet jack Coordinate product movement, receiving, and display setup Ensure a positive customer experience and team environment

Qualifications:

Gardening and general plant knowledge required Previous management or leadership experience preferred Comfortable operating a skid steer and pallet jack Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a busy seasonal retail environment Ability to lift, move, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Positive attitude and team-first mindset
