Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Crew Member and be a vital part of creating beautiful, well-maintained outdoor spaces! In this energetic role, you will assist with landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and landscaping projects, ensuring outdoor environments are safe, attractive, and thriving. Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning to keep grounds healthy and visually appealing Operate grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment such as power tools, lawn mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to support proper horticultural care and plant health management Support pesticide management activities by following safety protocols for application and handling of chemicals Perform routine inspections of irrigation systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure proper watering schedules Use hand tools for planting, digging, edging, and other landscaping activities with precision and care Follow safety procedures diligently during outdoor work to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment Experience Previous outdoor work experience or hands-on involvement in grounds maintenance or landscaping projects is preferred Basic mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation and troubleshooting is advantageous Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques such as mowing, pruning, planting, and irrigation system management Knowledge of plant identification and horticulture principles helps support healthy plant growth Experience with power tools and hand tools used in groundskeeping enhances efficiency and safety on the job site Ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols while working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong motivation to learn new skills related to gardening, tree trimming, lawn care, and grounds maintenance Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
