We are seeking candidates for a Perennial/Nursery Greenhouse Grower's position. Individual must be experienced in commercial Perennial/Nursery plant production and management. Responsibilities include cultural practices, disease/pest management as well as overseeing biological control and beneficial programs. Supervising and delegating a production staff to complete assignments in a timely manner, ensuring proper soil mixtures, pot size, planting depth, labeling, sanitizing, watering, and relocating crops from potting areas to growing areas. Assisting in annual production during busy times of the year might be requested. Inventory management of growing supplies. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. NJ private pesticide applicator's license a plus. Willing to train candidate with Horticulture/Plant Science degree to join our team with future growth. Competitive salary and benefits package.
