Nurse Supervisor Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Nurse Supervisor in Brooklyn, NY, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing nursing operations within a renowned healthcare facility. This direct hire position offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and inspire a team dedicated to exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct daily nursing activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence. Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans to improve patient outcomes. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to enhance patient care and streamline processes. Maintain detailed records and generate reports on staff performance and patient care metrics.
Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of New York. Master's degree in Nursing with at least 5 years of experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or educational role; or a Bachelor's degree in Nursing with at least 6 years of experience, including 4 years in a supervisory or educational capacity. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. The position offers a 37.5-hour workweek, structured as 7.5 hours per day. The salary for this role is $150,000 annually.
