is a Christmas tree producer founded in 2013 and based in Canby, Oregon. We manage plantations across Clackamas County and surrounding areas, supplying customers throughout the Pacific region of the United States, Canada, and Mexico. What you'll do You'll lead day‑to‑day farm operations across multiple plantation sites — from planting and pruning to harvest and shipping. This role is approximately 85% hands‑on fieldwork, 10% reporting and administration, and 5% training and field scouting. Supervise and work alongside field crews year‑round, including shearing, pruning, basal work, spraying, planting, and harvest activities. Coordinate pre‑harvest planning and shipping logistics beginning in September to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. Prepare daily labor scorecards and weekly plantation status reports for management review. Operate and oversee maintenance of tractors and agricultural machinery, ensuring safe and efficient use. Scout new plantation sites, manage inventory, and support budget tracking across all operational areas. Represent the company in meetings with landowners, county officials, vendors, and other external partners. Support recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluation of seasonal field staff. What we're looking for 5+ years of experience in Christmas tree farming and labor quality Supervisory or management experience in agricultural operations Experience grading, harvesting, and preparing large volumes of trees Hands-on experience with tractors and farm equipment Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Agricultural, or Horticultural Engineering preferred Valid Oregon driver's license required; Pesticide Applicator License and Drone Pilot Certification a plus Bilingual English-Spanish strongly preferred Basic-to-intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, WhatsApp) Schedule & physical requirements Up to 46 regular hours per week with extended hours during planting and harvest seasons. Must be able to work in all weather conditions, lift up to 50 lbs, drive long distances, and maintain physical endurance throughout the workday. Pre-employment requirements Candidates must complete a pre-employment drug screening, pass a background assessment, and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Ongoing performance and wellness evaluations are part of this role.
