Serves as a resource person for fellow employees. Encourages and supports departmental staff in team development and function. With department directors, assumes responsibility for the long-term planning for the unit in collaboration with nursing schools, medical staff and administrative staff.
Additional Job Description Education:
Graduate of an approved school of nursing, BSN preferred
Experience:
At least 3 to 5 years RN experience required.
Licenses/Certificates:
Licensed to practice as a professional nurse in the state of South Carolina or Compact Licensure Agreement.
