Golacity Premier Solutions, based in West Palm Beach, FL, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Rover to join our team. If you're ready to take on a role that keeps you on your feet and engaged, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do As a Rover, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our properties.
Your responsibilities will include:
Patrolling large properties, including stairwells and outdoor areas, to maintain a secure environment. Monitoring and reporting any suspicious activities or safety concerns. Assisting with maintaining order and enforcing property rules as necessary. Responding promptly to incidents and emergencies with professionalism. Completing detailed reports to document daily activities and any incidents. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need the following qualifications and skills:
Experience:
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Comfortable patrolling large areas, including climbing stairs and navigating outdoor spaces. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Willingness to work in varying weather conditions during outdoor patrols. Strong observational and communication skills. A proactive and dependable attitude with attention to detail.
