RiverView Ranch, an all-inclusive, Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star luxury guest ranch on the banks of the Clark Fork River is seeking enthusiastic, hardworking, and fun individuals for our Activities Guide & Ranch Hand positions. We create one-of-a-kind Western ranch experiences with top-notch hospitality and unforgettable adventures. As part of our team, you'll support both guest activities and ranch operations, ensuring the property runs seamlessly and every guest enjoys a world-class experience.
Responsibilities:
Guest Activities Guide and support outdoor adventures: hiking, biking, archery, firearms instruction, and lake activities (jet ski, paddle board, kayak, fishing) Safely operate and guide guests in side-by-side UTVs Provide equipment care and maintenance (bikes, archery gear, watercraft) Share knowledge of local terrain, wildlife, and safety practices Deliver warm, professional service consistent with a Forbes Five-Star luxury property
Ranch Hand Duties:
Assist with general maintenance of ranch grounds and facilities Perform handy work: hot tub maintenance, fencing and repairs, and trail maintenance Support grounds upkeep and trash removal
Qualifications:
Prior experience in hospitality, outdoor recreation, or ranch maintenance preferred General ranch skills including fencing and equipment operation Comfortable with tools, mowers, chainsaws, and maintenance equipment Ability to carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for 8+ hours per day Willingness to bend, squat, twist, and perform physical labor in varying conditions A self-starter who can work independently, stay productive, and think creatively Valid driver's license required Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied schedules Equipment operation experience a bonus CPR/First Aid certification (provided if not already obtained)
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
