Greets guests and interacts with them in a friendly and helpful manner. Also cleans campsites, office, Camper Cabins, restrooms and laundry facilities. You are expected to adhere to the company's mission, vision and value statements. Be knowledgeable of the company's management systems, policies and initiatives for Hospitality, Environmental, and Health and Safety. You have specific responsibilities within these areas and are expected to understand them.

Yes Job Responsibilities:
  • Assign RV, Tent and Camper Cabin Sites prior to arrival of guests
  • Registers guests when they arrive to campground.
  • Respond to guest questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collect fees, and processes credit cards for payment.
  • Reports needed supplies to the Manager.
  • Partners with NPS and security in bear patrols ensuring safety of guests and preservation of the wildlife.
  • Responsible for daily cleaning of Camper Cabins prior to guest check-in at 2pm.
  • Responsible for deep cleaning and monitoring condition of campground restrooms, including but not limited to
  • scrubbing toilets, showers, sinks and fixtures, mopping floor, replacing toilet paper and paper towel.
  • Follows company policies and procedures.
  • Assists in the overall maintenance and upkeep of camp sites including cleaning out fire pits, pick up micro trash, tidy campground laundry room.
  • Dispense propane in accordance with training provided
  • Performs such duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
  • Customer service related work experience preferred.
  • Disposition suitable for constant guest contact.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to adjust comfortably to a wide variety of work requirements (i.e. cashier to custodian to grounds maintenance).
  • Ability to lift, walk up and down hills, and bend without difficulty.
