Responsibilities Perform thorough inspections of properties to identify signs of termite activity and potential entry points Apply liquid treatments, baiting systems, or foam solutions using appropriate tools and techniques Use hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery safely and effectively during treatments and inspections Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments, and client interactions for reporting purposes Educate clients on termite prevention methods and recommend ongoing maintenance plans Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety protocols Assist with general property maintenance tasks related to pest control and landscaping as needed Requirements Previous experience in termite inspection and prevention is required Wood Infestation Report and Inspection reporting Liquid treatment experience required and baiting station installation is a plus Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and safety procedures Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for transportation between job sites Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift moderate loads comfortably Strong communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly to clients Willingness to learn industry-specific techniques and safety standards A proactive attitude with a focus on customer service excellence Join us as a Termite Technician and become part of a passionate team dedicated to safeguarding properties through expert pest management!
