Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pest control services for residential and commercial clients. This role requires a combination of technical skills, customer service, and a strong understanding of pest management practices. The Pest Control Technician will utilize various tools and equipment to effectively address pest issues while ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment plans. Apply pest control treatments using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and provide recommendations for maintaining a pest-free environment. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details and client interactions. Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and professional conduct at all times. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, pest control methods, and safety regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in pest control is preferred, but will train the right person Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. A valid driver's license is required. Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively. A commitment to safety practices in all aspects of work. Must be able to be bonded and insured. Must pass background and drug test.
