Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Wildlife Repair Technician is responsible for performing humane wildlife removal, structural exclusion, and property repair work that protects customers' homes and businesses from wildlife intrusion. This role enters Network Pest Control at the Apprentice level — regardless of prior experience — because our methods, materials, standards, and customer experience expectations are specific to how we operate. Prior experience in construction, maintenance, pest control, or wildlife is valued and will accelerate progression through our career levels; it does not bypass the foundational training and onboarding process. Technicians work in the field daily, represent Network Pest Control directly with customers, and are expected to uphold quality, safety, and documentation standards on every job. CompanyCam photo documentation and completion of job checklists are non-negotiable requirements at every level. Career progression from Apprentice through Senior Wildlife Technician and beyond is defined by the NPC Wildlife Repair Division Employee Maturity Model. All technicians enter at Level 1. Advancement is earned through demonstrated performance — not time in role.
ABOUT NETWORK PEST CONTROL
We are Network Pest Control. We provide professional wildlife management, pest control, and exclusion services across Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri, and we are growing rapidly. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
The following objectives apply across all technician levels. Depth of execution and independence increase as the technician advances. Assist with or independently conduct property inspections to identify wildlife activity, entry points, and structural vulnerabilities — based on current level. Perform humane wildlife removal and exclusion in accordance with company standards, wildlife regulations, and ethical guidelines. Install exclusion systems including one-way doors, barriers, and reinforced seals to prevent wildlife re-entry. Complete structural repairs to vents, soffits, fascia, crawl spaces, and other access points using company-approved construction-grade materials and methods. Take before, during, and after photos with CompanyCam on every job — document all entry points found, all work performed, all materials installed, and the final result. Photos are required regardless of job size or complexity. No job is complete without CompanyCam photo documentation. Complete the CompanyCam to-do checklist on every job — this includes the materials checklist and scope of service items assigned to the job. The checklist must be fully completed before leaving the job site. Follow all OSHA, safety, and company protocols at all times — including when working at heights, in confined spaces, or around live wildlife. Zero exceptions. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding findings, services performed, next steps, and prevention recommendations. Complete a customer walk-through at the conclusion of every job — confirm satisfaction and obtain customer sign-off before leaving the job site. Request a Google review from every customer at the end of every appointment — document the request in the daily metrics tracker. Accurately document inspections, services, materials used, chemicals, and outcomes in Fieldwork on the same day as the job. Manage daily routes and appointments to meet scheduled service windows and minimize customer wait times. Maintain tools, equipment, PPE, and company vehicles in clean, safe, and working condition at all times. Participate fully in ride-alongs, training sessions, team meetings, and coaching conversations — and apply what is learned. Identify and communicate additional service needs observed on the job site — present qualified pest control or exclusion upgrade opportunities to the customer using company process. Support team members on multi-technician job sites and contribute to overall crew efficiency. Performs other duties as assigned.
