Job Description
Pest Control Technician Overview Join our growing team as a Pest Control Technician and play a key role in protecting homes and businesses from unwanted pests. In this hands-on, fast-paced position, you'll perform inspections, apply targeted treatments, and provide expert guidance to customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and delivering top-tier service while building a career in pest management and environmental health. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed inspections to identify pest activity, damage, and entry points Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively using professional equipment Develop customized pest management plans tailored to each customer's needs Educate customers on prevention techniques and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices Maintain accurate service records, including treatments performed and products used Safely operate company vehicles while traveling between service locations Follow all safety protocols, label requirements, and regulatory guidelines Qualifications & Skills Prior pest control experience preferred (but not required—we will train the right candidate) Comfortable using hand tools, application equipment, and ladders Knowledge of safety procedures and chemical handling (or willingness to learn) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Why Join Us?
