Pest Sales Technician Overview Join our team as a Pest Sales Technician and take your career to the next level with a high-impact, customer-facing role that combines pest management expertise with sales performance. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying pest issues, recommending effective solutions, and closing service agreements with new and existing customers. This role is ideal for driven individuals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and earning higher income through performance-based pay. You will play a key role in growing our customer base while delivering professional, trustworthy service. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed property inspections to identify pest activity, risk factors, and entry points Recommend customized pest control solutions based on customer needs Present service options clearly and confidently, with a focus on closing sales Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients Generate new business through leads, referrals, and self-generated opportunities Apply pest control treatments when needed and ensure high-quality service delivery Maintain accurate records of inspections, recommendations, and completed services Operate company vehicle safely while traveling between appointments Qualifications & Skills Prior pest control and/or sales experience preferred Strong sales ability with confidence in presenting and closing deals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed performance targets Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions Knowledge of pest control practices and safety protocols (or willingness to learn) Compensation & Benefits Higher earning potential with base pay plus commission Performance-based bonuses and incentives 401k (Matching) Heath, Vision, Dental available Paid training and ongoing professional development Advancement opportunities within the company Company vehicle Phone and tablet provided Why Join Us?
