We are a family-owned Arizona pest control company that specializes in HOA communities, residential pest control, and commercial properties. Our technicians play a huge role in the way our company is represented in the field, so we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and wants to be part of a company that values quality service. This position includes general pest control services, exterior treatments, interior treatments when needed, gopher control, mosquito control, rodent control, termite services, bee services, and other pest-related work depending on experience and training. The right person for this role is dependable, professional, coachable, and comfortable working outdoors in Arizona weather. Pest control experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled pest control services for residential, HOA, and commercial customers. Communicate professionally with homeowners, residents, property managers, and team members. Inspect properties for pest activity and provide appropriate treatments. Take clear service photos and document completed work. Safely mix, apply, and handle pest control products according to label and company standards. Operate company equipment and keep the service vehicle clean and organized. Follow daily routes and complete services efficiently. Identify pest issues and communicate recommendations when needed. Provide a high level of customer service in the field.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Comfortable working outdoors in heat and changing weather conditions. Able to lift, carry, and operate equipment as needed. Professional appearance and good communication skills. Willing to learn and follow company procedures. Pest control license or experience is preferred, but not required.
