Whether you're already certified or have never worked in the industry, we want to hear from you. We provide paid, hands-on training and will walk you through certification start to finish. This is a Monday through Friday position with weekends off. What You'll Do Perform residential and commercial pest control services on an assigned route Inspect properties, identify pest activity, and apply treatments safely and effectively Communicate findings and recommendations directly to customers Complete service documentation accurately Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and product inventory
Pay In Training:
$150 per day Post-Training through
Certification:
$200 per day
Certified Technicians:
$250 per day ($1,250 per week) Technicians test for certification within the first 120 days. Insurance options are available and can be discussed during the interview process. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean 39-month MVR report Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently Strong customer service skills and a professional appearance Ability to work outdoors, lift equipment, and access crawl spaces or attics as needed No prior pest control experience required — we train
