Inspects buildings, identifies pests and determines pest control treatment. Provides applications of chemical pesticides and sets traps or bait. Makes minor building repairs as needed to keep pests out.

$19/Hour + Bonuses & Commission | $750 Sign-On Bonus Moxie Pest Control is hiring Field Technicians in Phoenix. No pest control experience? No problem. We provide paid training, licensing, a company vehicle, and everything you need to get started. You'll spend your days on the road, working with customers, solving problems, and building skills that can turn into a real career. What You'll Do Drive to scheduled customer appointments in a company vehicle Perform pest control treatments and inspections Identify pest issues and recommend solutions Talk with customers and explain services Document each service using a smartphone or tablet Maintain your equipment and vehicle Follow safety procedures and state regulations Deliver professional, high-quality service every day What You Get $19/hour + bonus & commission opportunities $750 sign-on bonus paid over 6 months Paid training & licensing Company vehicle + gas card Full benefits Paid time off Career growth and advancement opportunities What We're Looking For You're reliable, motivated, professional, and ready to work.
