Responsibilities:

Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers. Conduct thorough inspections of customer properties to identify pest, termite, and other related issues. Develop and present customized solutions and proposals. Close sales and achieve revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent (Required). Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required). Proven sales experience (preferred, but not required for the right candidate). Experience in home inspections, pest control, or a related field is a major plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
