COMPENSATION
Training Period:
$15•17/hr (based on experience)
After Training:
$17•$26/hour. (depending on experience, certifications, and performance) Pay can increase quickly as you complete training and consistently meet company standards $10 per positive Google review received. JOB DESCRIPTION
Demonstrate and exercise skills in customer service and daily interaction with customers. Daily service schedule. Services are scheduled in advance and technician is responsible for quality and efficient completion of services. Punctually follow a daily routine of services and time windows for customers. Perform both regular and new customer services. Adhere to state and federal standards on proper use of products used in the industry. Continuing education credits required yearly for state licensing. (materials will be provided by company) Company vehicle provided for daily services. Required to maintain a clean/organized service vehicle. Required to wear proper PPE while providing services. Must be proficient with using a mobile device or tablet to complete electronic service reports. Travel to all close and distant service locations.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Prior industry experience preferred but NOT required. Construction experience preferred, not required. Customer service experience. Good social & communication skills. Must be 18 years or older. Have a smartphone. Excellent driving record, and know how to drive a standard vehicle, ( 5 years clean record ). Must have current valid driver's license and pass a MVR check. Must pass a criminal background check and drug test. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Maintain a professional, well groomed appearance and hygiene. Motivated and able to work swiftly independently. Must be proficient on using smartphone or tablet and various communication or office apps. Have reliable transportation to work. Strong reading and general math skills.
Education:
•High School diploma or equivalent (required).
