Position Overview We are hiring a General Pest Control Technician to serve both residential and commercial clients. This is a customer-facing role for someone who is dependable, professional, and enthusiastic about representing a reputable local business. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional pest control treatments according to company standards. Communicate effectively with customers, managers, and office staff. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures. Keep accurate records of services performed. Address customer concerns and offer relevant solutions, including service upgrades. Maintain the company vehicle and equipment. Collaborate with office staff on account updates and service changes. Requirements Eligible to work in the U.S. High school diploma or equivalent. Clean driving record (no more than one traffic violation in the past year). Pass a background check. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently. Clean-cut, honest, and professional appearance. Career-focused and committed to customer satisfaction.
