Whether you have previous pest control experience or are looking to learn a new trade, we provide the training, tools, and support needed to succeed. This is a full-time Pest Control Technician position servicing residential and commercial customers throughout Southern California. Technicians report to our Anaheim office as needed while spending the majority of their day servicing customers in the field.

Perform thorough interior and exterior inspections. Identify pest activity and determine the most effective treatment plan. Apply pesticides safely and in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Perform termite, rodent, mosquito, and general pest control services as assigned. Install and maintain bait stations, mosquito traps, and monitoring devices. Educate customers on pest prevention and answer questions professionally. Maintain accurate service records using our mobile software. Keep company vehicle, equipment, and inventory clean and organized. Communicate service recommendations and any concerns with customers and office staff. Represent Cura with professionalism and exceptional customer service at every appointment. Qualifications No pest control experience required—we will train the right candidate. Previous pest control experience is a plus. Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening (where permitted by law). Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while managing a daily service route. Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills. Branch 2 Field Representative License is a plus but not required. Preferred Skills Pest control experience Customer service experience Sales or service recommendation experience Ability to troubleshoot and solve pest problems efficiently Experience using mobile applications and route management software Why Cura?
