Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Pest Control Field Rep Branch 2-3 , where you'll play a vital role in protecting homes, businesses, and landscapes from pests while actively engaging with customers to provide tailored solutions. This energetic position combines technical expertise with sales acumen, offering an exciting opportunity to grow your career in pest management, lawn care, and related fields. You will be responsible for inspecting properties, applying pest control treatments, and building lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and product recommendations. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and assess treatment needs. Apply pest control treatments using appropriate tools, chemicals, and equipment following safety protocols. Educate customers about pest prevention strategies and recommend suitable services or products to meet their needs. Develop new business by engaging potential clients through door-to-door outreach, community events, or follow-up calls. Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, customer interactions, and service schedules. Operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and lawn care equipment safely and efficiently. Drive company vehicle to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety guidelines. Skills Proven experience in sales with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse customers. Knowledge of pest control methods, lawn care practices, farming techniques, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment used in outdoor maintenance or pest management. Strong driving skills with a valid license; comfortable navigating different terrains and environments. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Excellent organizational skills for managing appointments, treatment schedules, and customer records. A proactive attitude with a passion for helping clients solve problems related to pests or landscape maintenance.
