Termite Repair- San Diego

We're looking for a Termite Repair Technician to provide high-quality wood repair services for customers impacted by termites or other wood-destroying organisms. This role is hands-on, customer-facing, and ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys solving problems on-site.

What You'll Do Inspect and assess termite and wood-destroying organism damage Perform termite-related wood repairs at customer properties Communicate clearly with customers, termite inspectors, and management Complete appointments on time and with professionalism Safely operate company vehicles, tools, ladders, and equipment Follow all safety, chemical, and company procedures Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle Attend required training and maintain necessary licenses What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable with hands-on termite repair or construction-style work Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Professional, reliable, and safety-focused Willingness to work outdoors, in confined spaces, and on ladders Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical labor Requirements High School Diploma or GED Valid California Class C Driver's License- 5 years Driving Experience Required Ability to pass a criminal background check General Pest Control Applicator License - preferred, not required Work Environment Majority of work performed at customer properties Outdoor work in various weather conditions Occasional overtime as needed Work at heights, confined spaces, and uneven surfaces Why Join Us?
