Responsibilities Perform detailed inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify termite activity and other pest issues Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed Utilize knowledge of pest control techniques to develop effective treatment plans tailored to each property Maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, and follow-up recommendations Operate vehicles safely to reach job sites, ensuring compliance with all driving regulations and safety protocols Use landscaping, farming, or lawn care skills to prepare sites for treatment or follow-up work when necessary Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, safety precautions, and ongoing prevention strategies Skills Strong background in pest control practices with an understanding of termite behavior and treatment methods Experience with land management or agricultural activities enhances ability to assess property conditions effectively Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery for application or site preparation Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for safe travel between job sites Knowledge of landscaping, lawn care, farming, or agriculture helps in assessing property environments Ability to operate and maintain equipment related to pest control treatments safely and efficiently Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and build trust with clients This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to make a tangible impact by protecting homes from pests.
